-two people either friends or relationship get into fight an one person acts out; will see the effects on the other person
2. Get sleep
- stress built off of homework leads to less sleep; teenagers need 8-10 hours of sleep every night; show the mental effects and physical effects
- staying on your phone late at night is bad and is an addiction that is another factor of teenagers getting less sleep
